JGW RV Park is committed to ensuring that every guest has a great experience. We are a top destination for RV vacationers, which means that guests are coming and going throughout the year—some for one day, some for a week, and others for a month. Because of that, we’ve established the following guidelines to facilitate a pleasant environment for everyone involved. Please familiarize yourself with our guidelines before arriving. Park policies must be followed at all times.

PARK POLICIES

Registration

Check in at the office and you will be assigned a site. Night registration (after office is closed) is available.
Checkout time is 11:00 a.m. If you wish to stay longer, check with the office to see if space is available.
All facilities at this park are for registered guests only.
All units must be R.V.I.A. approved with plate attached.
Only newer, self-contained RVs are accepted.
Units must have sleeping facilities, window coverings and approved electrical hookups (if used).
We do not allow sleeping in cars, tents, or outside of units, nor will we accept converted school busses, horse trailers, or dead storage trailers.
Park reserves the right to refuse admission for RVs not meeting park standards.

Length of Stay, Refunds, Payment

Maximum consecutive stay is 28 days unless other arrangements have been made.
No subletting allowed.
Long term reservations must be confirmed 30 days prior to arrival.
There will be NO refunds, for any reason, on daily, weekly, or monthly.
Monthly or weekly rent must be paid in advance or rate will be calculated at the regular daily rate!

Facilities

For the safety of all guests there is a maximum speed limit of 5 M.P.H. Road licensed motorcycles are permitted if operated in a quiet, non-disruptive manner.
No parking or driving on grass at any time for any reason. There are sprinklers located in the lawns and they will be watered as needed, so please be sure to keep all articles inside.
Smoking is not permitted in any park building. This is a county law!
Guests are responsible for any damage to utility outlets or park property.
No unauthorized soliciting or selling in the RV park.
Management is not responsible for loss due to fire, theft or vandalism, nor are they responsible for accidents. They reserve the right to ask anyone causing any disturbance to leave the premises.
Quiet time is between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Auto work is not allowed in park.

Children

Children are their parent’s responsibility.

Pets

Pets must be kept on a leash and you must clean up after your pet.
Do not tie your pet outside or leave unattended. Barking or disturbance by animals will not be permitted.
No pets allowed in any building.
Walk pets in the designated pet run area.

Individual Sites

RV’s must be parked on the concrete pad. RV jacks will damage the pavement.
All sewer connections must be sealed.
Absolutely no clotheslines or clothing will be permitted hanging outside your RV.
The use of generators will not be allowed at any time.
No loud noise or music after 10:00 p.m.
